Stenographer Grade-II
Candidates should have:

Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of two stages:
Stage 1 – Online Preliminary Examination: The preliminary examination will contain 100 multiple-choice questions for 100 marks with a duration of 2 hours.

Stenography Skill Test
For Stenographer Grade-II, Grade-III and Grade-III (Court Manager Staff), the skill test includes Hindi stenography dictation of approximately 400 words, followed by transcription/typing.
For Assistant Grade-III (English Knowing), candidates will receive English stenography dictation of approximately 400 words, followed by transcription/typing.
The skill test carries 100 marks. The official notification provides detailed transcription timings and rules on pages 19–20.
